Sketchbook No. 03

The cover art is tactile and unique. Half-inch strips of an upcycled Ansel Adams print — Rose and Driftwood, San Francisco, California, c. 1932 — woven by hand with red paper from the 'Curious Metallics' collection, applied to heavier matching stock, and sealed with acrylic medium. The result is part book, part object, and artfully realized. Inside are six signatures of 90# drawing paper — 96 pages total — longstitch-bound with matching red polyester thread. At approximately 8 × 9", it's a compact and portable sketchbook.
