French Link No. 03

I was fortunate to source this marbled kozo-gami paper before the tariffs went into effect! 

Kozo-gami paper is made from mulberry bark and this marbled effect is achieved by delicately layering the paper over oil-based swirls for a one-of-a-kind pattern with a crinkled texture. Because it is made from a fibrous material, you may wish to carefully wipe it with a dryer sheet occasionally, which will calm the fibers down.

This book has eight signatures of white paper (with a subtle quarter-inch dot pattern) that are faux-deckled. It was bound with waxed linen thread using a French-link structure. ~4.25×6.25" 192 pages.
